Where it sits
Barn, stable and parlour roofs, wall cladding, rainwater goods, AIB linings in dairies and workshops, lagged pipe in older milking systems, and buried sheet fragments around former tips.
The farm reality
Weathered cement sheets shed fibres and collapse under foot, a real danger during storm repairs. Broken sheets and old dumps also create soil contamination that shows up when land changes use.
Removal, re-roofing and cost
Roofs are stripped sheet-by-sheet, wrapped and consignment-noted, then re-covered in modern box profile, often the same week. Priced per building; multiple buildings share the mobilisation cost.
